Cancelations: Accepted with 100% refund to customer if canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours of the time of order, I will no longer be able to guarantee a refund. This is due to the cancelation policy of my vendor.
Modification Requests: I can make modifications to an order within 24 hours of purchase, if the modifications mean the pricing of the product changes, then the customer will be refunded or charged the difference. No modifications are possible once 24 hours have passed from the time of the order.
Returns: Due to products being made to order, I cannot accept returns, however, if you receive a damaged product, see info below.
Damaged During Shipping: If there is obvious damage to the shipping package, take photos prior to opening. After those photos are taken, you can open the package and inspect the product. If it is clear that the shipping damages to the box affected the product as well, take photos of that product damage and send me those along with the box damage photos as soon as possible. Once photos of the packaging and the product are received, I will reach out to the print shop to work on getting a replacement sent out.*
Damaged/Incorrect Product: If the shipping box seems to be in good condition at delivery, but there is still damage or something wrong with the product you received, please take photos and send to me as soon as you can. Once I received the photos/details of the issue, I will work with the print shop to see if the item qualifies for replacement.*
*I cannot guarantee replacements free of charge, but I will do my best to make that happen. If the issues you bring forward do not qualify the product for a free replacement from my vendor, then I will make sure you are at least offered a discounted rate on a replacement.
